How this was measured
From venues’ own published opening hours, counting any day whose trading window ends at or after 10pm. One caveat worth stating, because it is the limit of the source rather than of the counting: the data holds one window per day and cannot express split service, so a kitchen open midday to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm is recorded as one window ending at 10pm. That does not distort a closing time, which is what this page measures — but it is why MenuMap does not publish how many hours a venue is open.
