1. What MenuMap is

MenuMap is a discovery service that helps people find places to eat and drink. We are not affiliated with the venues listed, we do not operate them, and we do not take bookings or payments on their behalf.

2. Accuracy

Menus, prices, opening hours and venue details change constantly. We make a genuine effort to keep listings current and we show you when each record was last updated and last confirmed — but we cannot guarantee that any of it is correct at the moment you read it.

Confirm anything that matters — a price, a dietary requirement, a booking for ten — directly with the venue. See data and accuracy for how our data is sourced and labelled.

3. Preview catalogue

MenuMap’s Melbourne listings are currently a demonstration dataset. The venues shown are illustrative examples and do not represent real businesses. Do not rely on them, and do not attempt to contact or visit them.

4. Acceptable use

You may use MenuMap to find somewhere to go. You may not scrape it in bulk, resell its data, misrepresent yourself as a venue operator, or submit false claims or reports.

5. Venue listings and claims

Venues are listed on the basis of publicly available information or information supplied by their operators. Operators can claim a listing to manage it, and can request removal — see for venue operators.

By submitting information as a venue operator you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate.

6. No paid placement

Ranking is not for sale. Nothing on MenuMap is a sponsored result, and claiming a venue does not improve its position. See how matching works.

7. Liability

MenuMap is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including menu prices, opening hours, availability, or your experience at any venue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The MenuMap name, interface and compiled catalogue are ours. Venue names, menus and trade marks belong to their respective operators. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and served via CARTO.
