Our signature Linguine Marinara is a celebration of Hobart’s coastal bounty and Italian culinary heritage. Handmade linguine is tossed gently with a medley of local seafood – mussels, scallops, prawns, and calamari – all folded through a slow-simmered Napoli sauce. Finished with a touch of white wine, garlic, and chili, this dish is both bold and elegant – a true reflection of Fellini’s spirit.

Our signature Pappardelle Ossobuco Ragu is rich, slow-braised expression of Italian home-style tradition. Local Tasmanian ossobuco is cooked in a velvety ragu with tomato, red wine, aromatic vegetables, rosemary, and sage, then gently folded through ribbons of fresh pappardelle. A rustic dish, rich in depth, warmth, and soul – a true reflection of Fellini's kitchen.

Spaghettoni alla Carbonara is our authentic take on a Roman classic. Guitar-shaped spaghettoni strands are gently folded through crispy guanciale, pecorino, parmesan, rich egg yolk, and cracked black pepper. A dish full of soul, simplicity, and sophistication.

Our vegetarian Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe is a creamy, comforting homage to simplicity and depth of flavor. Al dente rigatoni tossed with aged Pecorino Romano and freshly cracked black pepper — nothing more, nothing less. It’s Fellini’s ode to Rome’s most honest dish.

Our Bufalina Pizza is a refined twist on Neapolitan tradition. Topped with fior di latte mozzarella, a vibrant tomato base, and garnished with delicate slices of prosciutto and handpicked basil. Baked to perfection with a crispy edge and chewy center.

A crowd-favourite, our Pepperoni Pizza balances tradition with flavour. A San Marzano tomato base is topped with fior di latte mozzarella and layers of thinly sliced pepperoni, finished with fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
