Slow cooked Gippsland beef with a rich organic tomato sauce of garlic, onion, oregano, rosemary and organic beef stock. Layered with durum wheat lasagne sheets and a classic creamy bechamel sauce. Deliciously fitting for a night in with the family.

Our Beautiful Grass-fed Beef is slow cooked until melt-in-the-mouth, fall-apart and juicy.

Healthy, vibrant and lip-smackingly delicious.

We roast the pork low and slow, then bake till the skin is crispy and crackling. We side with locally grown and organic apples and our super rich, pork gravy.

Free Range Chicken pieces, marinated with a huge array of spices. Oven baked till succulent. Sided with a cooling coconut and mint yoghurt.

Super delicious! High in Omega 3 fatty acids to support cell membranes and loaded with fibre for good gut health. We only use fresh salmon fillets in our cakes. Each cake is served with our tangy fresh dill & caper mayonnaise sauce for an added flavour bomb.

We treat the humble potato with the love it deserves.... marinated in rosemary and salt, then oven baked til soft! A heavenly side dish for any main meal.

Brown rice is higher in fibre, vitamins and minerals than white "polished" rice.

A complete protein salad full of delicious Moroccan spices, almonds, fresh herbs and sweetened golden sultanas.
