Shower head was almost screwed off , so when turn the shower on water went everywhere

The staff at A+, the rooms are nice, clean and tidy, location is good for getting places. But both nights I was kept awake by noise, even on a Thursday night there was live music thumping and Friday night an event in the plaza nearby - even 21 floors up it was intrusive.

Well located, only a 10-minute walk to Queen Street. The beds were comfy, and parking was available for $45 for two nights. Just keep in mind the parking is separate from the hotel building and about a 5-minute walk away, on top of the room rate.
