The Mercure Bendigo is a quirky place that is well located, the rooms are small but modern and the on-site restaurant/cafe is an added bonus.

The rooms were too small the artwork is awful and the food was that bad

The staff are always lovely and helpful. The room is comfortable and adequate. I was happy to have a street view until I discovered how noisy the traffic is. Not your fault, so I will stay on the other side next year.
