Namaste Strathfield(Nepali Indian Restaurant)

Dal, seasonal tarkari, achar, rice, and your choice of meat or paneer. The full plate, properly composed.

Puffed rice, potato, chickpeas, tamarind and timur. Bright, sour, and built for sharing.

Charcoal-grilled lamb marinated with cumin, timur and mustard oil. Served with raw onion and lemon.

Wok-tossed noodles with cabbage, carrot and your choice of chicken or vegetables. Street-stall seasoning.

Basmati layered with spiced chicken and saffron. Served with raita.

We cook the way Kathmandu Valley kitchens cook — sekuwa over charcoal, momo folded by hand, chatpat bright with timur and mustard oil. The Indian dishes on our menu sit beside that foundation, not above it.
