This 2025 vintage offers soft sweet aromas, and on the palate displays a hint of strawberries and a touch rose petals finishing with a mellow dryness and bright acidity. With hidden complexity unlike many Rosés, this is truly a wine we are particularly proud of and a bestseller.

Bottle fermented, for a minimum of 15 months, riddled for 2 months, before being disgorged and topped with a minimal dosage. Produced from fruit grown at our Flying Duck vineyard in the King Valley.

Pale straw in colour, This wine displays aromas and flavours of yellow pear, stone fruit and citrus. Finely balanced on the palate, the wine has a refreshing zesty finish.

We occasionally release mixed packs and seasonal bundles. These will be clearly listed in the shop when available.

This Riesling is fresh and vibrant with aromas of bright lemon and lime citrus, which persist through onto the palate, blending with clean minerality and zesty acidity which provide good structure and length of flavour. Pair with creamy cheese, fish and chips or Asian food
