Full of citrus flavours, dry and loads of fun, perfect for Summer afternoon drinking with friends. Made from Alpine Valley glera made in the Pet Nat style.

Ripe green apple with a walnut savouriness and bags of flavour. Preserved lemon with a tropical pineapple syrup background, absolutely perfect for summer. Organic .

Handpicked and whole bunch pressed to one old 500L French puncheon. Fermented using native yeast. Notes of lime, white peach with a vibrant acidity.

Grown in decomposed granite at an altitude of 820m. Wild yeast fermentation, aged in new and old American barrels. Intricate profile of blackberry, mulberry jam, baking spice and vanilla with well balanced tannins.

Full bodied with medium acidity, this velvety mouthfeel wine says blackcurrants and Redskins. Smooth, mellow and poetic with a playful linger.

Silky and layered with a light lingering creaminess and a hint of Turkish Delight. With splashes of blood plum and petals, think poolside vibes and deliciousness.

A ruby red Pinot Noir that is medium bodied with vibrant, lifted red fruit aromas of plums and ripe cherries along with hints of herbal spice and earthy aromas. The texture is crunchy and fresh with approachable tannins.

White peach, pineapple on the nose. Standing on the shore in your swimmers sipping pineapple juice from the tin through salted lips on the palate. Silky over the tongue accompanied with bright, crunchy apple and a smooth-sailing finish. Organic.
